Retention of Title
1. Goods will remain the property of Dance Supplies Europe, until paid for in full.
Prices
2. Dance Supplies Europe reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice.
Payment
3. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser.
Items in Stock
4. Items in stock will be shipped within 5 working days.
Items not in Stock
5. We endeavour to deliver all orders placed with the company within 30 days. If item is not in stock, the order will be placed on back order and despatched when available within this period. Should the delivery of goods not be possible within the above period, the company will offer the customer a full refund if order has been paid for.
Exchanges
6. Return items will only be accepted within the 7 day period of receipt of goods, provided they are in their original package and item is unmarked and has not been used.
7. Customers must request authorization to return an item by contacting us.
8. All shipping costs incurred must be paid by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for parcels mislaid.
Refunds
9. Customer may request a refund within 7 days of item being received.
10. Item must be in its original packaging, unmarked and unused.
11. Notice of cancellation must be received by the company in writing at the address printed.
12. The company reserves the right to charge a 10% stocking fee for any returns made within this cancellation period of goods.
13. All shipping costs incurred must be paid by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for parcels mislaid.
